Baggs Country Retreat on The Downs

Baggs Country Retreat on the Southern Downs is perfectly located for your touring getaway. You will stay in comfort in a secluded three self contatined bedroom home set amongst superfine merino wool producing stations, half an hours drive west of Warwick on Queensland's Southern Darling Downs.

The home consists of three double bedrooms, a large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area with polished hoop pine flooring and also features a wonderful deck.

The Master bedroom contains a queen sized bed, and the two additional double sized rooms contain a double bed in the first case, and the other contains two single beds. All linens are provided.

The freshly renovated bathroom features a deep bathtub and shower and basin, with seperate toilet.

The kitchen and laundry are generously sized and are well appointed with up-to-date appliances throughout.

There is ample room for many cars as well as caravans and trailers beside the circular driveway.

The grounds are frequented by numerous native birds and animals, and one cannot help but appreciate the serenity of the surroundings.

Tariff for the whole home is $175 per night, with a minimum of a 2 night stay, or $495 per week.
Rates for longer term rentals available upon request.

A surchage applies for credit cards. Mastercard and Visa are 2.5%, Diners card is 3.5%

Bookings Policy:
Bookings can be held with payment of 50% of total price as deposit within 7 days. The balance is due on arrival. Please note there is a two night minimum for weekends, if a Saturday night is desired.

Cancellation policy:
Any deposit is refundable, less administration expenses if notification of cancellation is given one month in advance of booking. Half of deposit is refundable with up to two weeks notification. The deposit is non-refundable with less than two weeks notice of cancellation.
