All rooms open onto beautiful outdoor settings and have tea and coffee making facilities as well as clock radios. Also, our guesthouse is air-conditioned.

Tropical Gourment Breakfast
Large selection of Cereal, juice, yoghurt, fresh - bread, spreads, fruit platter and tea and brewed coffee.
This can be delivered to your own private setting outside your room at the time of your choosing, or perhaps join with other guests in the breakfast room. Highchair available on request.
Breakfast is available to enjoy at $15.00 per adult and $7.50 per child.

A surcharge applies for credit cards. Mastercard and Visa are 2.5%, Diners card is 3.5%.

Bookings Policy
Bookings can be held with payment of 50% of total price as deposit within 7 days. The balance is due on arrival. Minimum of 2 nights to book weekend nights in advance. One night available on weekends within 2 weeks of the date required.
Please note that single rates unavailable on Saturday nights or Public Holidays. The Easter and Christmas periods have minimum stays applicable upon application. Check-in is from 2pm and check-out by 10am unless otherwise determined

Cancellation policy:
Any deposit is refundable, less administration expenses if notification of cancellation is given one month in advance of booking. Half of deposit is refundable with up to two weeks notification. The deposit is non-refundable with less than two weeks notice of cancellation.
